Here is the link to NBI Clearance online:

Now, it is a different story if you are living and working abroad. The online process still requires you to appear before the NBI clerk in the Philippines which is certainly impossible since, again, you are out of the country. One option is to book an return ticket back home with a duration of 2 or more weeks because validation can take weeks if you possess a common name! I know how it feels, you have my sympathy :)
So what if you don't have any time or your money is just not enough to book a flight? What will you do?
It's still possible to get an NBI clearance and I will share with you how :)
Securing an NBI clearance while staying overseas can be done with or without a representative. If you have a representative, you need to send them a copy your expired NBI clearance (via email), 2 pieces of 2x2 picture, authorization letter (via email) and copy of valid IDs (via email). Then proceed to:
Mailed Clearance Section
3rd Floor, NBI Clearance Building
U.N. Avenue, Ermita, Manila, Philippines
Your representative will be in charge of paying the application fee and claiming the certificate on your behalf.
If you don't have any representative, send the requirements (copy of expired NBI clearance, 2 pieces 2x2 picture, copy of valid IDs and check payable to the NBI Director in the Philippines) thru mail or forwarders to Ms. Sanda, contact number +639156893113, under Mailed Clearance Section with the same address as above. I would highly suggest to get in touch with her first before sending any documents. Once, your certificate is available, it will be mailed to you thru air mail which you will also pay in advance.
Your NBI clearance will be processed for 1 to 2 weeks depending on the volume of application being received daily.
After 2 weeks, whoala! we got our renewed NBI clearance at last! :)
